Back when I used to be only a reader of blogs, I always thought it was sort of a cop out when people wrote that they've been too busy to blog. Now that I dabble (I'm not nearly as committed as I'd like to be) in blogging, I get it. This week has been ... rough ... to say the least. To spare you the details, basically past ignored dental issues came to a breaking point, and it's just been very very emotional and stressful to deal with. Needless to say, after spending four hours at the dentist on Thursday, the last thing on my mind when I got home was posting. I have no idea how long I'll be there Monday, but something tells me it will be even longer. I just feel a little anxious, but more eager to get everything going.
But that's enough of that.
I've put myself on a self-imposed tight budget (saving for a new wardrobe!), so all I've been doing is window shopping. E-window shopping, that is. The more and more I dive into this world of art and handmade creations, the less appealing mainstream stuff is. Thank goodness for Etsy.
Two of my favorite finds this week:
by the lovely Lisa Congdon (one of my FAVORITE artists)
I love tunics, especially this one by rainbowswirlz
It looks like a really nice day outside, so I'm going to cut this short and take a trip to my favorite place .. the library!
